Dear Oregon Community, Staff, and Stakeholders, Welcome to the Inaugural Issue of OCS Connect! I am thrilled to introduce the very first issue of OCS Connect, our brand-new monthly district newsletter! Communication is at the heart of a strong, connected school community. Whether you are a parent, a staff member, a student, or a local resident, you play a vital role in the success of Oregon City Schools. We created OCS Connect to ensure you have a dedicated, reliable window into everything happening across our district each month. What You Can Expect Each Month: Every issue of OCS Connect is designed to keep you informed, engaged, and up-to-date. Returning Student Registration for the 2026–2027 School Year Student registration will open on Thursday, July 30th, and will close on Sunday, August 9th. Registration must be completed for all returning students entering grades 1–12 for the 2026–2027 school year. Parents and guardians will need to log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal to complete registration. Please note that access to the registration system is closed through Wednesday, July 29th. Additional information and reminders will be shared through emails sent to Contact 1 for each student and posted on our website prior to launching registration. Please remember that while the district uses social media to help keep OCS families informed, social media should not be used as a method of contact for registration questions.
