The Oregon City Schools Department of Student Services includes Special Education, Section 504, Alternative Placement Programs, Preschool Services, School Nursing and State & District Testing. These areas are supervised by the Director of Special Education.

The department is also responsible for Child Find. Oregon City Schools is required by law to locate and to serve students with special needs ages three to 22 who live in the Oregon community.
