The team competed today after sheltering inside Belmont Country Club for a tornado siren and warning. Once play began Emma Martin and Tori Cousino completed 9 holes, Julia Joyce and Celina Martinez completed 8 holes, Claire Martin and Cara Ellis, completed 7 and a half holes before Mother Nature disrupted the match again. No official scores were posted, however, Emma, Tori and Claire each had a birdie!

The sectional tournament was held at Eagle's Landing on 9/23/24. The team finished in 7th place out of 14 teams. The lowest scoring 5 teams and 5 individuals advance to the District tournament. Emma Martin missed qualifying by 1 stroke and Tori Cousino missed qualifying by 2 strokes. Competing for the Eagles were: Emma Martin 49/48/97; Tori Cousino 50/48/98; Julia Joyce 62/51/113; Claire Martin 57/47/104 and Cara Ellis 49/56/105. The team total was 404.

The Eagles competed against Southview on the back nine at Eagle's Landing. The entire team played in an exhibition match. The girls golf team competed in the NLL Championship at Riverby Hills Golf Club. The team finished 2nd in the Cardinal Division for the season. Competing for the Eagles were Emma Martin, Tori Cousino, Julia Joyce, Claire Martin, Cara Ellis and Celina Martinez. Tori Cousino and Emma Martin earned 1st team all league honors. Julia Joyce earned 2nd team all league honors. Great job team!

At Valleywood, the Eagles defeated Springfield and Swanton, 185-206-235. The teams competed on the back nine. Playing for the Eagles were: Emma Martin 49, Tori Cousino 37, Claire Martin 48, Julia Joyce 51 and Cara Ellis 58. Tori, Claire and Cara had PRs and the team had it's lowest score of the season thus far! We will be in action tomorrow against the Fremont Ross Little Giants at Eagle's Landing. The match starts at 3:30.

Competing for the Eagles were: Emma Martin 48, Tori Cousino 53, Julia Joyce 59, Celina Martinez 63, Claire Martin 57 and Cara Ellis 62. The team will be back in action on Monday, 9/9/24, vs. Springfield at Valleywood. This is a make-up match that was postponed du to the heat index.

Despite the loss today, the team had a lot of positives! Competing for the Eagles were Emma Martin 46, Tori Cousino, 44, Claire Martin 52, Cara Ellis 59, Julia Joyce 47, and Celina Martinez 59. The team set a new low score for the season and Tori, Cara, and Julia set new PR's! Congratulation ladies and keep working hard!

On 8/29/24 at Whiteford Valley Golf Course, Northview defeated clay 181-206. The match was held on the back 9 of the Blue course. Competing for the Eagles were: Emma Martin 48, Tori Cousino 49, Julia Joyce 58, Brianna Skadsheim 65, Claire Martin 51 and Cara Ellis 62.
